Noise Monitor — a desktop app for automated real-time noise event monitoring. It combines a high-precision decibel meter, local sound classification, photo/audio/video evidence recording, cloud backup, and instant Telegram alerts. The project is useful for home monitoring, neighbor noise control, pet tracking, and any scenario where it's important not just to notice an event, but to save a full history and evidence.
