Smart Tools for OpenCode

A set of three custom AI tools for OpenCode & other CLI agents: smart_edit (create, edit, delete files), smart_grep (content search with batch mode), & smart_glob (file discovery with filters). Replaces standard edit, write, grep, & glob with faster, AI-optimized alternatives. Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, OpenCode Plugin API.
