HubSpot WhatsApp Automation

n8n-based automation system for HubSpot CRM & WhatsApp Business API integration. Project automates lead processing & meeting reminders. Architecture includes three main workflows. First, Webhook Intake, receives data from HubSpot for new deals, validates & routes them to managers. Second, Scheduled Sender, sends scheduled messages via Intercom WhatsApp API with retries & error handling. Third, Reminder System, sends personalized reminders 1 day, 3 hrs, 1 hr, & 15 mins before meetings. Integrations with HubSpot CRM API, Intercom API, Meta WhatsApp Business API & MariaDB for queue storage. Owner routing logic configured by manager IDs.
